I have made this recipe multiple times, and it never fails me. It is perfectly chewy and sweet, and has become one of my favorite cookies to make.

Soft-Baked White Chocolate Cranberry Cookies

Yields about 2 dozen

Result:

The cornstarch makes them puffy and soft without being too cakey, which is a cookie ruiner for me. They have the perfect ratio of white chocolate to cranberries. I would absolutely recommend this recipe.
