Protein Cookie Dough

I recently shared this on my Instagram, and since everyone keeps asking for the recipe, I figured it would be easiest to have it on here!

This came out so much better than I expected. It tastes EXACTLY like cookie dough. I have tried so many healthy cookie dough recipes, and like most health-ified desserts, it just wasn’t spot-on to me. This on the other hand is exactly like cookie dough to me

  • 1/2 tsp melted coconut oil
  • 1/2 scoop whey
  • 2 Tbsp oat flour (whole wheat or all purpose work, too)
  • 1 Tbsp mashed sweet potato or pumpkin (might need more if you add cocoa)
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder or matcha powder (can omit)
  • Sweetener to taste
  • Mix-ins and extract if you want

I have clearly made this an embarrassing number of times over the course of about 2 weeks SOOOO…. if you have any questions about substitutions or flavor combos let me know 🙂
