If you haven’t heard yet, I’ve decided to make an ebook 🙂 I sent out a survey to my followers to see what you are all interested in, and I thought I’d share some of the results.

What motivates you to cook/bake?
The winner was “to be healthier”, followed by “to know what goes into my food”, “weight loss”, and then “to entertain family/friends”.
I love recipes that…
“Are healthy” won this by a landslide! Next were “use few ingredients” and “are easy”, in a tie.
Please check any/all dietary restrictions or allergies you are concerned with
Low carb, low sugar, and high protein tied. Dairy free also received a lot of votes, as did low fat.
What categories or recipes would you like to see included in a recipe book?
This question was open-ended, so I tried to summarize these results as best as possible.
Here are categories people wanted included:
- Main courses/ dinners
- All categories/ everything
Here are some common key-words used:
- Pantry/ on-hand items
- Repurposed/ leftovers
And more specific requests that were brought up by multiple people:
- Creative ways to use chicken
- Make-ahead breakfasts
- Low carb, high protein, refined sugar free desserts
- Ice creams, dessert bars, cookies, brownies
- Single-serve desserts
If your specific request didn’t make it to this list, please don’t think I didn’t hear you! I am going to pick a theme around the most common requests, and so not everything is going to fit that. Thank you so much to everyone who responded! I can’t wait to start working on my ebook 🙂
